SERBIAN FASCISTS FORCIBLY PREVENTED 100 GENOCIDE SURVIVORS TO LAY WREATHS OF FLOWERS AT A GENOCIDE MEMORIAL SITE IN EASTERN BOSNIA

SREBRENICA, Bosnia (16 July,2008) - All Bosnian media and the regional court have condemned the "police" of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS", for forcibly preventing yesterday some 100 genocide survivors from Srebrenica to visit a genocide memorial site in the eastern Bosnian village of Kravice, where more than 1,000 Bosnian civilians were mass murdered by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor in July 1995.

This move was an attempt by the Serbian fascists still living in Bosnia to stifle the truth about the 1995 Srebrenica genocide committed by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor,during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

Yesterday, the "police" of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" stopped two buses and a minivan with some 100 genocide survivors from this part of Bosnia, mostly women, from visiting a genocide memorial centre in the eastern Bosnian village of Kravice.

“We only wanted to lay flowers at a place of genocide,” Hatidza Mehmedovic, the President of the Mothers of Srebrenica Association, told media.

For the first time a group of Bosnian Muslim woman tried to lay wreaths of flowers at the factory hall in Kravice where more than 1,000 Bosnian civilians from Srebrenica were mass murdered by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor in July 1995.

Representatives of the genocide survivors from the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica wanted to visit and lay wreaths of flowers at the former Farmers’ Association building in Kravica yesterday, as a part of the commemoration of the 13th anniversary of the genocide in this part of Bosnia,committed by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor,during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

Some 10,000 Bosnian civilians were murdered by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor in the single biggest massacre in Europe after the end of World War Two, and buried in numerous mass graves across this region of Bosnia, including several in the area of Kravice,near Srebrenica.

For the thirteenth year, the genocide survivors from Srebrenica have been commemorating the fall of Srebrenica through numerous activities held across the region between July 11 and 15.Yet the planned visit to Kravice was blocked by the "police" of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" which said that this ceremony “irritates” all Serbians living in Bosnia.

The convoy with the genocide survivors from Srebrenica was stopped by the Serbian fascists around noon at barricades outside the eastern Bosnian village of Kravice.Heavily equipped Serbian fascist forces also blocked any of the local residents from approaching the convoy.

After being forcibly prevented by the Serbian fascists to place flowers at this place of genocide, the genocide survivors from Srebrenica held a ceremony and laid wreaths of flowers at a nearby football field – another place where many Bosnian civilians were mass murdered by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor,during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

Later on Tuesday, the Regional Court in the town of Bijeljina rejected the "police" of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" request to prevent the gathering of the genocide survivors from Srebrenica in Kravice but by that time they had already returned to their homes.

It is still unknown whether the genocide survivors will, following the Court ruling, try again to visit Kravice and to lay wreaths of flowers at a genocide memorial site in Kravice.
