MALAYSIANS INTERESTED IN BOSNIA'S OIL

TUZLA, Bosnia (July 8,2008) – A company owned by Malaysian businessman Joseph Vijay Kumar is very interested in exploring Bosnia’s oil potential. Kumar confirmed this as he was touring the exploration wells drilled in the Tuzla area.

He also said the company first received information about oil in this area of Bosnia a year ago, and then sent a proposal to the FBIH entity government to do research. Kumar met with the regional prime minister yesterday. Today, he will meet with the FBIH Entity Prime Minister Nedzad Brankovic.

The cost of drilling three wells in the first year would be USD 80 – 90 million, Kumar said
