BOSNIA TO HOST SOUTHEAST EUROPE POLICE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION MEETING

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (May 8,2008) – The fourth Southeast Europe Police Chiefs Association (SEPCA) meeting (workgroup against organized crime) will be held May 8 and 9 in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.

Representatives of SEPCA member countries will participate: Bosnia,Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania and Serbia, as well as representatives of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Centre for Democratic Control of Armed forces (DCAF), ICITAP, OCTN, RCC and EUPM.

Topics that will be treated are SEPCA’s three year strategy, the Association’s statute, Police coordination Convention, SDC and OSCE programs for fight against organized crime and development of programs and projects of OCTN network.
