UNITED STATES COURTS CHARGE SERBIAN WAR CRIMINALS FOR IMMIGRATION FRAUD BUT FAIL TO PROSECUTE THEM FOR GENOCIDE AND OTHER WAR CRIMES

WASHINGTON, United States (October 14,2007) - The U.S. courts charge Serbian war criminals for immigration fraud, but fail to prosecute them for genocide and other war crimes.Here is an incomplete list of Serbian war criminals who were (so far) arrested in the United States and charged only with immigration fraud, even though there was clear evidence of their involvement in the Srebrenica genocide - as confirmed by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE):

Sekula Bilic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud and one count of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Zdravko Kordic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Branko Popic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud and one count of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Ostoja Saric, indicted on one count of immigration fraud and one count of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Strahinja Krsmanovic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Boro Stojanovic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Jadranko Gostic, indicted on one count of unlawful procurement of citizenship and one count of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Zoran Radic, indicted on one count of immigration fraud and making false statements. Radic remains at large in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Dusan Bosnjak, (remains at large) indicted on one count of immigration fraud and making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Bogdan Panic, (remains at large) indicted on one count of naturalization fraud and making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Nedjo Ikonic, charged with one count of immigration fraud in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Milivoje Jankovic, indicted on two counts of immigration fraud and two counts of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.

Veselin Vidacak, indicted on two counts of immigration fraud and two counts of making false statements in connection with concealing prior service in the genocidal paramilitary formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS), who participated in Srebrenica genocide.
