SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March,20,2008) – The Bosnian State Prosecutor has filed an indictment yesterday against Serbian war criminal Mladen Drljaca (50) for his participation in the war crimes committed against Bosnian civilians from Bosanska Krupa and submitted it to the Bosnian State Court for confirmation.

Serbian war criminal Mladen Drljaca is charged with crimes against humanity committed in 1992,during the Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

According to the Prosecution's announcement, Serbian war criminal Mladen Drljaca is considered responsible for "the prosecution, murder, torture, forcible deportation, unlawful detention in concentration camps, forcesdlabour and other inhumane acts" against Bosnian civilians from the Bosanska Krupa area.

Acting on a warrant issued by the State Prosecutor, the Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested Serbian war criminal Mladen Drljaca in Banja Luka area in early March 2008. He has been held in custody since then.

His name is also mentioned in the indictment against Serbian war criminal Gojko Klickovic, which alleges that the two Serbian war criminals participated in a joint criminal enterprise with the aim of dividing the Bosanska Krupa municipality.

The Bosnian State Prosecutior also charges Serbian war criminal Jovan Ostojic, who was arrested by the Bosnian authorities in February 2008, with participation in a joint criminal enterprise.

The indictment against Ostojic was confirmed in March 2008. He is charged, as a member of the genocidal Serbian aggressor's formations with having failed to prevent or sanction the crimes committed by his subordinates in a school building in Bosanska Krupa , where Bosnian civilians were murdered, tortured and taken to other locations to perform forced labour.

The Bosnian State Prosecutor proposed merging the indictments against Serbian war criminals Mladen Drljaca, Gojko Klickovic and Jovan Ostojic, as they all "refer to the crimes committed in the same area." A decision on this issue is still pending.
