SARAJEVO, Bosnia (December 3,2007) – The Bosnian Presidency ratified at an emergency session in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo the Agreement between Bosnia and the European Union on relaxing the visa regime and the Agreement between Bosnia and the EU on the readmission of persons who do not have legal residence, the Bosnian Presidency stated.
The Bosnian Parliment's House of Representatives unanimously ratified on Friday both agreements between Bosnia and the European Union.
The visa relaxations will take effect on January 1 of next year.
