GENOCIDAL SERBIA DEVELOPS FASCIST TOURISM

BELGRADE, Serbia (August 20,2008) - Until recently, a small Serbian fascist pub named the Mad House in the New Belgrade suburb of the city was known only to a few people, mainly residents of nearby concrete tower blocks. But that changed after one of its regulars, who happened to be one of the most wanted war criminals in Europe, was arrested last month.

The capture of former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" and one of the masterminds of the genocide against the Bosnian people, committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia,Serbian fascist Radovan Karadzic – who it is claimed often drank in the pub – has suddenly placed the Mad House in the spotlight.

These days, Serbian fascists flock to the bar, now included on a Belgrade sightseeing tour – called Following Karadzic’s Footsteps – which includes places where Serbian war criminal lived and socialised while he hid from justice under a false identity.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was captured on July 21 in an undisclosed location in a Belgrade suburb. The accused, however, claims he was detained three days before, in a bus taking him to a vacation spot outside the city.

Before he was arrested, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic spent several years disguised as long-haired, bearded alternative health guru "Dragan Dabic", and moved freely throughout the genocidal Serbia.

It was as Dragan Dabic that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic allegedly frequented the Mad House.

A regular client of the pub who wished to remain anonymous said that most fascist tourists who come here order Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s favourite red wine Medvedja krv – Bear’s Blood – and some even ask to have it served in the glass he used.

“I don’t think there is a particular glass he used. It is a trick used by the pub’s owners to cash in on Karadzic,” he said.

Above the table at which the owners claim Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic regularly sat is a photo of him along with former commander of the genocidal paramilitary fascist formations of the Serbians living in Bosnia (VRS) and war crimes fugitive ,Serbian war criminal Ratko Mladic. Next to that hangs a picture of the late Yugoslav president Serbian war criminal Slobodan Milosevic. The photos have apparently hung in the same place for the last ten years.

Serbian and foreign fascist tourists can also visit a bakery and a pancake house in which Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic reportedly ate; see his home in Block 45, a district of concrete tower blocks; and hop on a bus on the same route as the one on which he was allegedly arrested.

Tanja Bogdanov, director of Belgrade fascist tourist agency Vekol Tours which organises this tour, says the addition to the regular sightseeing trip around Belgrade has been "a great success".

She stresses that the fascist tour has no political connotations whatsoever (???).

“It is important to say that our guides are not allowed to say anything while taking the tourists through Block 45 in New Belgrade. We don’t want to express any political opinions,” she said.

Bogdanov explains that was made at the request of their foreign partners and has been specially arranged to cater for foreign fascists.

“I am a tourist worker, and [the sites are] an attraction,” she explained.

Judging by the droves of Serbian fascists signing up for this tour, it seems that many are fascinated with Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s ability to avoid arrest for so long.

However, some in the region find this morbid interest in the war crimes suspect distasteful.

“It is sad that tourist packages celebrating the real great people of this country do not exist, but we have a Belgrade tour dedicated to Radovan Karadzic,” said expert on Serbian culture Milena Sesic Dragicevic.

Dragicevic said that people should set aside their pre-occupation with Karadzic, and instead face up to the atrocities committed by Serbians during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

“On the surface, this may seem like a smart business move, but it actually shows the real depth of a moral and ethical crisis in our society. Everyone now talks about Radovan Karadzic, aka Dragan Dabic, but people in Serbia still do not talk about Srebrenica,” she added.

Prominent Belgrade-based movie director Gorcin Stojanovic agrees.

“A tour named Following Karadzic’s Footsteps should actually be organised in Bosnia, and it should include all places where horrible war crimes were committed, of which Karadzic has been accused,” he said. “That tour would be something.”

Serbian war criminals Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic have been indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) for genocide and war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC’S ARREST HIGHLIGHTS PSYCHIATRY’S HISTORY OF "ETHNIC CLEANSING" AND GENOCIDE

LOS ANGELES, USA (August 12,2008) - U.S. - based psychiatric watchdog, Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) says the recent capture (7/21/2008) of former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS",Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic will bring to justice a psychiatrist whose genocide of thousands was reminiscent of Nazi psychiatric crime during World War II, and that few people are aware that the “ethnic cleansing” — ridding a geographical area of racially “inferior” people,carried out in Bosnia,during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia and later in Kosovo, was based on the same psychiatric-inspired "racial hygiene programs" that led to the Nazi Holocaust.

In 1992, CCHR formally submitted to the World Psychiatric Association, the World Federation for Mental Health and the Mental Health Division of the World Health Organization information concerning the psychiatric atrocities committed in the former Yugoslavia.

CCHR presented the same information about psychiatry’s role in initiating and conducting the “ethnic cleansing” atrocities in Bosnia to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.

On September 1, 1999, members of the Council of Europe signed a Resolution, “Human suffering and degradation following ethnic cleansing,” that recognized the two psychiatrists as the architects of the "ethnic cleansing" campaign in Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia.

The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) indicted Serbian war criminal Karadzic in absentia in 1995 for genocide over the 43-month siege of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo that claimed 12,000 lives and orchestrating the 1995 mass murder of some 10,000 Bosnian civilians in the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica. Dr. Edward Klain, a psychiatrist, features in a CCHR documentary, Psychiatry: An Industry of Death, detailed how in Nazi Germany it was “technically very difficult” to exterminate six million Jews. Concentration camps and gas chambers need to be established. In Bosnia, hatred and crimes against inhumanity were incited through propaganda: “Serbs would massacre, for example, one hundred to two hundred people. Or rape one hundred women, or one hundred girls, so that they would be terrorized so that they flee. Then you get an ethnically pure land,” Klain said.

CCHR’s evidence showed that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic had trained under former Social Democratic Party (SDP) founder, psychiatrist,Serbian war criminal Jovan Raskovic. Before his death in 1992, Raskovic told Belgrade television and Vjesnik newspaper that he and his party had “lit the fuse of Serbian nationalism” with Freudian principles about inferiority and superiority.

Serbian war criminal Jovan Raskovic was talking about his and Karadzic’s propagation that Croatians were “fixated on the castration complex,” a Freudian principle, while Bosnians were domineering. Serbians, they said, possessed “the qualities of authority” and were destined leaders, while Croatians and Bosnians were the lesser races that needed to be eliminated. The fascist Serbian psychiatrist pushed his Freudian-based theories on the races of Yugoslavia in his book Luda Zemja (A Mad Country) and as part of a media campaign in which he was hailed as the greatest psychiatrist and scientist of his era.

“I feel responsible because I made the preparations for this war, even if not the military preparations. If I hadn’t created this emotional strain in the Serbian people, nothing would have happened,” ,Serbian fascist psychiatrist Jovan Raskovic stated.

Other evidence presented to the Hague Tribunal and Council of Europe was that former Serbia's President,Serbian war criminal Slobodan Milosevic, had been a patient of Serbian fascist psychiatrist Radovan Karadzic’s for 25 years. Together, he and Karadzic established "the ethnic cleansing program" and allowed the mass torture, rape and extermination of the innocent,during the Serbian aggressions against Bosnia,Croatia and Kosovo in the 1990's.

CCHR said justice can be served now that the architect of the "ethnic cleansing" in Bosnia has been captured, unlike in Nazi Germany where dozens of psychiatrists responsible for sterilization and genocidal crimes escaped trial and returned to practice in Germany and other countries around the world.

Like Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, Ernst Rudin was a psychiatrist who played a major role in setting the stage for the Holocaust. Rudin was president of the International Federation of Eugenic Organizations and world leader of the eugenics movement which sought to remove “inferior” individuals from society by segregation, sterilization, or death in order to create a “better” race. In 1933 Rudin was chosen by Hitler’s Reich Ministry to lead Germany’s racial purity program. Rudin would later publicly praise Hitler for making his “more than thirty-year-old dream a reality” by imposing “racial hygiene” upon the German people.

CCHR President, Jan Eastgate said, “Responsibility exists on all levels, and while the atrocities of 'ethnic cleansing' and genocide are usually what capture our attention, it is important to recognize the ideology that spawns them and to hold those responsible for this to account.”

SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC WAS PROTECTED BY BRITAIN

LONDON, UK (August 11,2008) - Former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS",Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic,who has been indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) for genocide and war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia, was able to avoid capture for 13 years because he received protection from London, a former Hague Tribunal official has claimed,the British Daily Telegraph reported yesterday.

James Luko, a former United Nations political affairs officer in Bosnia and a Hague Tribunal investigator, told a Belgrade newspaper that Gen Angus Ramsay, the former commander of British peace­keepers in Bosnia, was ordered by superiors in London to leave Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic alone just minutes before British troops prepared to capture him in August 1997.

Mr Luko, who spent several years in Belgrade before resigning in 2005, claimed he was one of three people present when Gen Ramsay entered a room at British Army headquarters in the northern Bosnian city of Banja Luka moments after speaking to London. Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s convoy, monitored from an Awacs plane, was visible on a large screen in the room.

“We are not police, we are soldiers, and therefore this is not our responsibility ”, Gen Ramsay allegedly said.

A spokesman for the British Ministry of Defence said: “We have no knowledge of this alleged incident and we would not comment on intelligence matters. The UK has been fully committed from the outset to bringing to justice indicted war criminals from the former Yugoslavia.”

A report in the same newspaper last week claimed that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was living under US protection until the CIA caught him breaking an agreement to stay out of politics.

In his first appearance before The Hague Tribunal, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic claimed that Richard Holbrooke, the former US Assistant Secretary of State, had guaranteed him immunity if he withdrew from public life.

A former Hague Tribunal insider has added her comments to claims that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadžić enjoyed support from Britain,the United States,Russia and France. Former Hague spokeswoman Florence Hartmann told the Belgrade daily Blic that the UN war crimes court's prosecution on several occasions gave the U.S. exact locations where Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was hiding. But, Hartmann says, "they did nothing".

"Information about the fugitives' whereabouts was abundant, however, it would always turn out that one of the three countries – the U.S., Britain or France – would block arrests," she said.

SACIRBAY: HOLBROOK ASSURED KARADZIC HE COULD AVOID PUNISHMENT

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (August 5,2008) - The following is an exclusive full-length interview that Mohammad Sacirbey,former Bosnian Minister of Foreign Affairs (1995-96) and the Bosnian Ambassador to the United Nations (1992-2000), gave to the Iranian "Press TV" concerning the recent claims made by Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic that he had been protected by an agreement he had made in 1996 with Richard Holbrooke, who was then the US envoy overseeing the negotiation and implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement in Bosnia :

Press TV: I noticed that Richard Holbrooke is saying that it is an outrageous fabrication. What did Karadzic mean by a deal with Richard Holbrooke?

Sacirbey: I have actually been aware of the deal from almost the day it was made. In the summer of 1996, Karadzic withdrew from Bosnian politics, presumably. He withdrew from the leadership of his party. Then he was already indicted, but in fact, he was also running to
become a member of the RS's chair in the presidency. All of a sudden he withdrew.

That night I met with a US diplomat, a very distinguished gentleman who I have a lot of respect for and he was quite enthused to tell me that Karadzic had withdrawn from politics, and, of course, when I said that why would he withdraw, what is the deal?…there was a bit of silence.

In the end, it was acknowledged that in fact Karadzic had been promised by Richard Holbrooke that he would not be arrested even though he was indicted and wanted by the war crimes tribunal if he did withdraw, and of course for the next two to three years, Karadzic, in fact, was quite free and was relatively at liberty and without any threat of arrest.

Press TV: Obviously, I don't expect you to name your source, but Richard Holbrooke is quoted here as saying "I never made such a deal. It would have been unethical and immoral."

Sacirbey: No, let me make sure. I have been very straight with the same picture for over a decade. My source was Ambassador Robert Frowick, at that time the head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia that was overseeing the elections. I have put this on the record, I think, at least 10 years ago.

Press TV: Would president Bill Clinton have been aware as well of this deal with Radovan Karadzic?

Sacirbey: Well, I am not sure of that. All I can tell you is that there was another deal that I think was much more serious and the consequences were much more grave and that was a deal that took place early in the summer of 1995.

That involved Richard Holbrooke and that involved Carl Bildt who, then, was the EU mediator and now is Sweden's Foreign Minister. It involved a French general who was the head of the military forces of the UN in Bosnia i.e. Bernard Janvier. It involved Yasushi Akashi who was the head UN civilian official. They, in effect, acquiesced, gave the green light to Milosevic, Mladic as well as Karadzic to take over the territory of Srebrenica but also Zepa and Gorazde.

At that time there was enormous pressure on us to trade these territories and to give, in effect, to Belgrade and the Bosnian Serbs what they wanted in return for them presumably during the peace talks what would end up being Dayton. We refused and as we resisted the green light was given to the Serbian forces to attack that enclave. Of course, I did not know about it.

I do not think anyone in my government knew about it and the result was 8000 people murdered. So the second deal probably is explained by the first deal. I suspect many people who were in the US administration at that time, even if they objected to making deals with Milosevic, Mladic and Karadzic, who all subsequently were indicted at that time, they clearly would not be very pleased if that information came out right now.

Press TV: The UN peacekeepers, of course, were watching the Srebrenica massacre in real time. Why do you think the Dayton agreement was so important to the United States that they would be willing to turn a blind eye to massacres like [the one in] Srebrenica. What is it about Dayton?

Sacirbey: First of all I am not sure that actually the Dutch peacekeepers knew of the deal. I think that the Dutch peacekeepers and the Dutch government were supposed to be left holding the bag as one would say. What I mean by that is they were supposed to be the excuse why, in fact, NATO and the United Nations did not act to protect Srebrenica as they were obliged to do under the UN and the NATO resolutions.

The defenders of Srebrenica were disarmed and the UN and the NATO were supposed to defend them, so when the Dutch peacekeepers were faced with substantial Serbian tanks and heavy weapons, clearly a superior force, all they had was small guns to fight back.

That is when the NATO was supposed to come in. In fact, the Dutch defense minister did call the NATO. I spoke to him on the evening before Srebrenica fell. He told me "I am calling in NATO. They are going to come in the morning and I am going to do it regardless of what the consequence are for the Dutch forces.

That call was not honored and that call resulted in a Dutch government falling. It obviously resulted in shame for the Dutch forces who were there and it resulted in 8,000 Bosnian men, children and also women being murdered. It also was a black eye upon NATO because obviously, NATO did not fulfill its commitment and it was clearly one of the worst moments for the United Nations.

So it is rather unfortunate, someone who always wants to speak of multilateralism, in fact, betrayed multilateralism in Srebrenica and here I am speaking specifically of Richard Holbrooke but I also must include people like Carl Bildt, like Bernard Jean Vieh and Akashi.

Press TV: Some people say it is even higher up than your making out and that right from the start it was a deal by Bill Clinton's government with the German government to dismember Yugoslavia and the Dayton agreement was about privatizing all the resources of a state which had resources in the hands of the government.

Do you think it goes as far as that and in fact all of this is part of an agenda for big companies? And do you think this will all come out in The Hague as we watch Radovan Karadzic defend himself?

Sacirbey: Well, I want to be very careful that I speak of what I have at least some limited first-hand knowledge of. I do have some, now, first-hand knowledge of the deal that was made, simply because as the Bosnian Foreign Minister certain things were told to me… certain things happened rather peculiar and coming back upon it all it fits into a deal.

Was this something that was arranged at the very highest levels? That I leave for someone else to speculate but clearly, I think, what would be more appropriate now is to talk about if Dayton was achieved through, in effect, genocide, if Dayton is the consequences of embracing the results of that genocide shouldn't we talk about reversing Dayton, in effect, reversing that which in fact rewarded genocide?

Let me be very clear on this, Bosnia is a multiethnic country. We have there not only Bosniak Muslims but we also have the Serbs who are orthodox. We have the Croats who are Catholics but Dayton is a form of Apartheid. Dividing these people in a way that they have never been divided and creating clear ethnic enclaves and this is something that I do not believe is consistent with the history of Bosnia nor with the future of Bosnia in a European family and I certainly can not see how Europe can tolerate that.

How the Euro-Atlantic family can tolerate that type of division in a country that clearly has a future as part of the Euro-Atlantic family. So there seems to be something rather funny here, which is that, that one country that has a Muslim majority seems to be subject to a different set of criteria. I will grant you that and as an American, remember that I am also an American, I see this very clearly these double standards.

On the other hand, the rather bigger game that you speak of, whether that exists or not, as I said, I leave that for someone else to speculate but I cannot understand how either the United States or the European countries can now tolerate the continuation of the Dayton. Built not only upon the framework, the foundation of genocide, but, in effect, perpetuating what amounts to fascist and racist ideas.

Press TV: Well, I can assure you that German companies, shipping, construction and so on and other European countries are very happy with the present deals. Do you think, in the end, that this was not NATO just out there in the former Yugoslavia trying to help Muslims and do you think that the people are quite frightened in Washington and in London and in Berlin and in Paris at the prospect of what we are going to see here at The Hague in the coming month?

Sacirbey: Well, I think that is a good guess. They have been rather upset with some of the things that I have said as you can imagine and I have been saying this for over a decade. It is just that most people weren't either paying attention or they, of course, tried to make sure that my words were not heard too loud beyond the four walls I am sure there will be much more that comes out.

Nonetheless, as I said, looking at this as a Bosnian, I cannot be happy with what I have seen for the Bosnian people. It clearly is not something that is sustainable nor does it make a normal country and as an American I cannot stand behind something that is, in my opinion, so inconsistent with the values of the United States, a country that is divided along ethnic lines, along religious lines and, in fact, when something was achieved like that through the genocide of a significant portion of the Muslim population of Bosnia Herzegovina.

PROFESSOR FRANCIS A. BOYLE: RICHARD HOLBROOK SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR BEING AN ACCOMPLICE IN THE GENOCIDE IN BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (August 4th,2008) - According to a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law and an attorney for the Bosnian association of genocide survivors from the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica "the Mothers of Srebrenica" professor Francis A. Boyle, Richard Holbrook, who was Assistant U.S. Secretary of State in mid 90s, had a collusion with Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, who has been charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) with genocide, extermination, murder, deportation, inhumane acts, and other crimes against Bosnian civilians,committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

"All evidence and records at hand indicate that Holbrooke was an accomplice in the genocide," the lawyer told the Azerbaijani Trend News Agency.

“But certainly Holbrooke aided and abetted war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and ethnic cleansing by Karadzic against the Bosnians,” Boyle, who was official juridical advisor for Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic and the representative of Bosnian Government at the International Court, said.

On 31 July, speaking to the Hague Tribunal,Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, stated there is an agreement between him and Holbrook, former representative of the United Stated in the UN, who is very often "credited" to be the architect of the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement,but should be actually fully credited for helping the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor commit genocide against Bosnians by ,first of all,supporting the criminal arms embargo against Bosnian government that left Bosnia and the Bosnian people without basic means to protect themselves during the 1992-1995 Serbian,Montenegrin and Croatian aggressions against Bosnia and by forcing the Bosnian leaders in 1995 to "legalize" the genocidal Serbian fascist creature in Bosnia "RS".

“In 1996, Holbrooke proposed me to abandon the public life and the United States would fulfil its obligations instead,” said Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic.

U.S. State Department denied the statement. According to an official of the U.S. State Department Sean McCormack, Holbrooke did not conclude any agreement with Karadzic.

However,lots of facts prove there was an agreement between American fascist Richard Holbrooke and Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic.

Brother of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, Luka Karadzic confirmed there is a bygone agreement between Karadzic and Holbrooke, Interfax, a Russian non-governmental news agency ,reported.

Boyle is confident there is much truth in Karadzic’s statement.

“Of course I was not privy to any personal conversations between Holbrooke and Karadzic. But certainly Holbrooke aided and abetted war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and ethnic cleansing by Karadzic against the Bosnians,” Boyle said.

“Holbrooke should be on trial in The Hague with Karadzic as an accomplice in the genocide,” he said.

Moreover, the attorney is confident the same is true for Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Kofi Annan, Yasushi Akashi, David Owen, Thorvald Stoltenberg, and Carl Bildt.

Boyle said it would be very inconvenient for all of these individuals and their Masters for Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic to defend himself they way he apparently plans to do so.

"Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic knows everything about how Western ‘mediators’ promoted his crimes," said Boyle.

“So I will be keeping a close eye on these war crimes proceedings in order to use this new information against these people on behalf of my clients the Mothers of Srebrenica,” said Boyle.

The task of the Bosnian association of genocide survivors from the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica "the Mothers of Srebrenica" is to search for more than 10,000 Bosnian civilians from Srebrenica missing in European largest massacre, committed by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor, on July 11, 1995.

The lawyer is sure that but he will be able to use his new information against these Western ‘mediators’ and diplomats in order to hold them accountable to his clients for the massacre.

“At the end of the day Karadzic will be spending the rest of his life in prison, where he should have been for quite some time in any event,” Boyle said.

Professor Boyle was the one who convinced the former ICTY Prosecutor Carla DelPonte to indict Serbian war criminal Slobodan Milosevic for every crime in the ICTY Statute, including genocide.

According to lawyer, earlier the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was undesirable, but possible for West.

"During the peace negotiations, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic has been given visas to come and negotiate in Geneva. And in New York. The State Department let Karadzic come to New York to the Vance-Owen carve-up negotiations, with a US visa. The State Department was obliged under the Geneva Convention to apprehend Karadzic," Boyle said.

"The US had an absolute obligation to apprehend Karadzic if he showed up in New York, and to open an investigation, and to prosecute,instead, they're giving him a visa and secret service protection in New York," he said.

“They defended war criminals and those who committed genocide. These are big powers,” Boyle said.

UNITED STATES WANTS ME DEAD,SAYS SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC

THE HAGUE, The Netherlands (August 1,2008) - Former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" and one of the masterminds of the genocide against Bosnians,committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia,Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said yesterday the United States wanted him dead and accused it of reneging on a deal to shield him from trial by the UN war crimes court.

In a submission to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said the United States' Bosnian peace negotiator Richard Holbrooke had promised he would avoid a trial if he withdrew from public life.

"Mr Holbrooke undertook on behalf of the USA that I would not be tried before this tribunal..." Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said in the written submission made public by the ICTY.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke strongly denied any such deal was struck after Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, who was captured on July 21, first made the claims when he made his initial appearance before the UN tribunal yesterday.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said in the documents that the offer was made in 1996 to "the statesmen and ministers who were my authorised representatives".

This was in turn for Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic withdrawing "not only from public but also from party offices and completely disappear from the public arena, not give interviews and not even publish literary works, in a word become invisible long enough for the Dayton agreement to be implemented in full."

He claimed former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright had proposed to Biljana Plavsic, former leader of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS", "that I get out of the way and go to Russia, Greece or Serbia and open a private clinic ... just as long as I left Pale."

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said he tried to meet his end of the deal, but added it later became apparent there were attempts to "liquidate me".

"It is clear that, unable to fulfil the commitments he had undertaken on behalf of the USA, he (Holbrooke) switched to Plan B -- the liquidation of Radovan Karadzic," Serbian war criminal said.

"The agreement, which should have brought me peace and freedom, thus became a source of great danger to my life, and to the life and safety of my family and even my friends," Serbian war criminal said.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic added that "Holbrooke's wish for my disappearance ... is today still fresher and stronger and the actions aimed at bringing this about are tireless."

"While these activities continue, and with this threat to my life, I have to sit in a place which is known to him and his friends and prepare my defence," he said.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke denied in an interview with CNN yesterday that any deal with Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic existed.

He also said recently that he still supports the existence of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS",which is Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic's creation.

“The Dayton Accords are clear. There can be no breakaway of any of Bosnia’s parts, the country’s entities are a reality, and it’s necessary to pluck up the courage to bolster constitutional organization for Bosnia to be able to take further steps towards the EU, and quickly become a member of Euro-Atlantic integration,” Holbrooke told a member of the Bosnian State Presidency Zeljko Komcic in April,2008.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke's argument that "the RS is a reality" is bunk. For a few years, Nazi Germany's occupation of most of Europe was a reality, also, but it was neither legal nor moral -just like the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS". In connection to Nazi Germany, it has been famously said that forcing the victims of genocide to live with and accept the results of genocide is also an act of genocide. For Holbrooke to say that the genocidal fascist Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" is a reality that Bosnians "should accept", is simply morally indefensible.

At yesterday's hearing, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic told ICTY judge Alphons Orie that the deal had put his life at risk.

"I was in danger of being liquidated because I had made a commitment,"
Serbian war criminal stated. He expressed fears that "Holbrooke's long arm" may extend even into the courtroom.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic indicated he will defend himself at the trial and experts have said he will try to make it a political showcase.

"I cannot imagine that his defence would be anything but a political one," said Pierre Hazan, author of an acclaimed book on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) that is handling
Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic.

"He cannot defend himself on a judicial level."

Florence Hartmann, former spokeswoman and adviser to previous war crimes prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, said Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic has made it clear he would have "things to say" about promises made by the West in peace negotiations.

"The family has always said they have evidence of proof (of the secret agreement)," she said.

"Many have claimed that Holbrooke promised not to deliver Karadzic to the ICTY in exchange for his exit from the public scene," Hartmann added.

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (July 24,2008) - The arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic will be marked as a great day for Bosnia, the Bosnian President Haris Silajdzic said in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.President Silajdzic, in his first reaction on Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s arrest, said in his statement for the Bosnian state television (BHT) that it has been shown that the justice still can be reached, but he has also warned that Serbian war criminal Ratko Mladic is still at large.

The Bosnian President Haris Silajdzic said that it must not be allowed that the project of those two Serbian war criminals still lives in Bosnia, and by this he meant on the consequences of genocide they are responsible for.

"This is at least some satisfaction for the families of the genocide victims.The justice, however, cannot be complete without the arrest of Ratko Mladic," President Silajdzic said.

Although he had been skeptical about the prospects for Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic's arrest, he said that his belief in justice has been restored.

The Bosnian President Haris Silajdzic also said that the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic will contribute to justice, peace and stability in Bosnia as well as catharsis in the genocidal Serbia.

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia (July 24,2008) - The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Prof Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has welcomed the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, since 1995 indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and other war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

Prof. Ihsanoglu who described the arrest as a major step to end impunity and deliver justice for the Bosnian Muslims as well as other victims of mass killing and war crimes , expressed the hope that this would soon be followed by the apprehension of other indicted war criminals in former Yugoslavia.

The OIC Secretary General also looked forward that this development would close a sad long chapter in the history of Bosnia and open a new era of enduring reconciliation, peaceful coexistence and security for the peoples of the southeastern Europe.

The ICTY Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz has also welcomed the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, it was announced by the ICTY.

"I have been informed by my colleagues from Belgrade on the successful operation that resulted in arrest of Radovan Karadzic. On the behalf of the Prosecutor’s Office, I congratulate to the Serbian authorities, especially the National Security Council, Serbian action team in charge of searching after the fugitives and the prosecutor’s Office for the war crimes on undertaking this big step in cooperation with the Tribunal," the ICTY Chief Prosecutor Brammertz said

He pointed out that this is a very important day for the Bosnian genocide victims that have waited for the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic for more than a decade.

He also added that this is a big day for justice since it clearly demonstrates that no one is beyond law and that all fugitives from justice will be, sooner or later, arrested.

The date of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadžić’s transfer into the Tribunal’s custody will be determined in due course.

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (July 24,2008) - The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia, Miroslav Lajčák, has welcomed the long awaited arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, since 1995 indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and other war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

“The news that Radovan Karadzic has been arrested is positive for Bosnia and for the whole region. This arrest proves that justice reaches everyone. Nobody is untouchable. Although two indictees, Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic, still remain at large, the arrest of Karadzic can be viewed as the beginning of the end of the most tragic chapter in Bosnia’s modern history,” Lajčák said.

He said that although justice in the Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic case has been delayed it has not been denied.

“Karadzic’s continuing liberty has been an affront to justice and a challenge to the domestic and international legal systems, but justice will now take its course – and that is a matter of the greatest political importance and respect not just for the people of Bosnia but for all of us.”

Lajčák described Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s arrest as “a matter of the integrity of the rule of law” and he said it offered “fresh impetus to the region’s long march to postwar recovery and European integration.

The officials of the European Union already announced that the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic will have positive consequences concerning the EU integration process of the region.”

The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia noted that Bosnia in 2008 is a very different country from the one in 1996.

During the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic masterminded the infamous "siege of Sarajevo." He has been charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) with genocide, extermination, murder, deportation, inhumane acts, and other crimes against Bosnian civilians.

On Tuesday morning, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was questioned and ordered to be deported to The Hague.However, his lawyers have three days to appeal the ruling.

"This tribunal welcomed and was very happy to hear about Karadzic's arrest yesterday in Serbia and we are ready and hopeful he is transferred to The Hague detention facilities as soon as possible," Nerma Jelacic, of the International War Crimes Tribunal, said.

Among the worst crimes Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic is charged with is the mass murder of some 10,000 Bosnian civilians in the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica in July 1995 - the largest massacre in Europe since the Second World War.

If Karadzic's extradition is approved, he will still have the opportunity to appeal the ruling - a move that could delay his transfer by days or weeks.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic was nabbed in a raid in a Belgrade suburb after police monitored his behaviour for weeks. However, other reports said he was arrested Friday while waiting for a bus.

"He just said that these people showed him a police badge and than he was taken to some place and kept in the room. And that is absolutely against the law what they did," his lawyer Sveta Vujacic said.

In response to his arrest, Bosnians jammed the streets of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo early Tuesday in celebration. Not even an unseasonal thunderstorm and cloudburst could dampen their celebrations.

When word came through that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic had been arrested in Belgrade on foot of a warrant from the war crimes tribunal in The Hague, hundreds of Sarajevans took to the streets of their still battered and bruised city and celebrated into the small hours.

The thunder and rain came at about 11pm on Monday - about the same time that news filtered through that Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic had been caught. Hundreds took to the streets of Sarajevo and converged on Freedom Square honking horns, cheering and shouting their joy until well after 3am.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, a Montenegro-born psychiatrist of humble origin,together with Serbian war criminal Ratko Mladic inflicted unfathomable horrors on the Bosnian capital Sarajevo, as well many other parts of Bosnia and parts of Croatia.

Indicted for multiple war crimes, the pair evaded arrest for 13 years. While Mladic remains at large, Karadzic can expect shortly to be in The Hague.

Ernad Deni Comaga (21),an activist with Bosnia's Democratic Youth Movement, was happy at the turn of events: "It is like a little piece of freedom come back into Bosnia."

Irena Cetin was more circumspect, still bearing personal scars from the Serbian 43-month siege and shelling of Sarajevo during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia. "There is no justice here," she said. "This will not change anything." Like many Sarajevans, her background is ethnically mixed - her mother was an orthodox Christian, her father a Roman Catholic. Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, she said, was responsible for "everything that happened to me".

"I lost my father," she explained. "We went to find some trees [ during the siege]. I was with him when the grenade exploded. He was killed and so were others but I was the only one not hurt by it." That was in August 1993, and there is a tear now in her left eye. She turns away.

Analysts with the European Union Force in Bosnia (EUFOR) are monitoring reaction but are hopeful there will not be any backlash in the genocidal Serbian creature in bosnia "RS".

"There's always a danger there could be a backlash from the right-wing chetnik [ extreme Serbian fascist] element," said one analyst, "but on a scale of one to 10, I'd rate it around one or two."

Many Sarajevans look back on the war and remember that no one came to help them as they were being bombed from the hills above the city or picked off by the genocidal Serbian aggressor's snipers. They have few expectations.

"Is this possible?" asked Minka, a pensioner, hurrying to the market yesterday. "I simply cannot believe it."

"Whatever lies behind his arrest is now unimportant," said Monja Matovic (24). "The arrest itself is significant for all of us who have been through the war and suffering." A flag draped around his shoulders, Ernad Deni Comaga looks to the future, to recreating the multi-ethnic Sarajevo that used to be.

"Justice will be done for all of us in Bosnia when all the people around the world, the people who left, who are in exile, come back here - Bosnian, Serbian people and Croatian people - when they all come back home and live together without hate and violence."

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic's arrest and trial at The Hague is a major condition for the genocidal Serbia's European Union membership.

"What's significant here is that it's the Serbian government itself that has arrested him and is surrendering him to the tribunal," Payam Akhavan, a former war crimes prosecutor at The Hague, said.

He called it "a good day for international justice" and said the arrest sends a strong message to other tyrannical leaders that war criminals will be brought to justice.

EU TROOPS RAID HOUSE OF SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC'S WIFE

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (16 July,2008) - EU peacekeeping troops have raided the apartment of Ljiljana Karadzic, the wife of former leader of the Serbians living in Bosnia,Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic who is charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) with genocide and other war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia Radovan Karadzic.

The raid was carried out on Tuesday early morning at 0530 CEST (0330 GMT), in the Bosnian town of Pale some 18 kilometres east of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.

The search, carried out by the European Union Force in Bosnia (EUFOR) was ordered by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, ICTY.

During the raid, EUFOR seized documents and materials as clues in revealing the whereabouts of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, EUFOR said in its statement, saying it will continue to search for war crimes suspects until they all face justice.
