SLOVAKIAN FASCIST CLOWN MIROSLAV LAJCAK PROVIDES HELP TO SUPPORT NETWORK OF SERBIAN WAR CRIMINALS HIDING FROM JUSTICE

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (September 8,2008) - The International Community’s High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia and a major political supporter of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" ,Slovakian fascist clown Miroslav Lajcak eased the sanctions against the known supporters of Serbian war criminals living in Bosnia,who are hiding from justice,by allowing them to open one bank account each.

This decision, announced over the weekend, is believed to have been triggered by demands from family members of the recently arrested former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian fascist creature in Bosnia "RS" and one of the masterminds of the genocide against the Bosnian people,Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, who said they were "unable to live their lives normally" as their bank accounts remained blocked.

As a part of the general effort to apprehend war criminals who had been evading justice, back in 2003 and 2004, the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR), blocked bank accounts of all those known to be a part of their support networks. In addition, European Union countries and the United States of America, have also banned those people from travelling to their countries.

In its press statement on Saturday, the OHR said that the sanctions against 35 such individuals remain in place and that their old bank accounts remain frozen. However, at the same time,the OHR provided help to those known helpers of Serbian war criminals who are still on the run from justice, by allowing them to open one new bank account each...so they can "live their lives normally" and continue to support more Serbian war criminals undisturbed.

By doing this, the Office of the International Community’s High Representative in Bosnia has now "officially" become a fascist and genocidal organisation which is publicly helping support networks of Serbian war criminals hiding from justice, who committed genocide against the Bosnian people during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

LAJCAK WELCOMES ARREST OF SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (July 24,2008) - The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia, Miroslav Lajčák, has welcomed the long awaited arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, since 1995 indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and other war crimes committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

“The news that Radovan Karadzic has been arrested is positive for Bosnia and for the whole region. This arrest proves that justice reaches everyone. Nobody is untouchable. Although two indictees, Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic, still remain at large, the arrest of Karadzic can be viewed as the beginning of the end of the most tragic chapter in Bosnia’s modern history,” Lajčák said.

He said that although justice in the Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic case has been delayed it has not been denied.

“Karadzic’s continuing liberty has been an affront to justice and a challenge to the domestic and international legal systems, but justice will now take its course – and that is a matter of the greatest political importance and respect not just for the people of Bosnia but for all of us.”

Lajčák described Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic’s arrest as “a matter of the integrity of the rule of law” and he said it offered “fresh impetus to the region’s long march to postwar recovery and European integration.

The officials of the European Union already announced that the arrest of Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic will have positive consequences concerning the EU integration process of the region.”

The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia noted that Bosnia in 2008 is a very different country from the one in 1996.

“The arrest of Radovan Karadzic will help the people of Bosnia to turn from past to the future and focus on the challenges they face today,” he concluded.

BOSNIAN PUBLIC CONCERNED ABOUT LAJCAK'S TRAGICOMIC STATEMENTS

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 4,2008) - "Whole public in Bosnia is a witness of a tragicomic statement of the International Community's High Representative Miroslav Lajcak that (the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia 'RS'), Milorad Dodik 'gave guarantees to the International Community of the peace and stability in Bosnia'(?). Such statement would cause laughter if it did not came from the man who has all the real power in this country which brings us to the position where we have to think and be worried over our future," stated the press release of the Bosnian Social Democratic Party (SDP).

"We do not have to remind the public that Lajcak’s guarantee of the “peace and stability” is the same Milorad Dodik who in the latest period is working only to destabilize the situation in Bosnia and is seriously threatening the peaceful existence of all citizens in this country. All war incensing paroles from RS are only gaining intensity such as tries to relate all the happenings in the region, especially Kosovo independence with situation in Bosnia," the SDP said .

"Instead of sanctioning this kind of behavior which works only against Bosnia, the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR) helplessly expresses its concern while serious threats for this country are being made, and they are authorized by international community to do something. That is why all Bosnian citizens should be worried by the silence and obvious inadmissible passiveness of the High Representative.

SDP once more invites Lajcak not to be only bystander of the occurrences in Bosnia and not to run from using Bonn powers every time when sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia as well as peace is threatened," stated the SDP.

PRESIDENT KOMSIC: LAJCAK IS NOT ONLY TOLERATING STATEMENTS BUT SERIOUS PLANS FOR DISSOLUTION OF BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 3,2008) - The Bosnian President Zeljko Komsic stated in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo that he did not attend the recent meeting with the EU Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn along with the leaders of the most influential political parties in Bosnia because he does not want to be a part of those kind of persuasions into things he does not believe in.

He explained that meeting with Rehn was first drafted as a seminar but that it was not even planned. Still, when its preparation began, he informed the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR) that he did not want to attend this meeting.

"Reason is, that they do not have to convince me that this police reform is something good because I believe this plan is bad for Bosnia. That is why I did not want to participate and give legitimacy to something I do not believe in”, stated President Komsic for the press.

He pointed out that various comments contributed to the idea that he rejected to see Olli Rehn.

"I did not refuse to meet him, but I did not plan to attend this meeting in the first place, and neither some individual meeting within some forum was planned”, President Komsic pointed out.

He stated that certain colleagues’ comments on all of this were interesting and that everybody has the right to believe what they want.

In that way, some politicians claimed that the meeting confirmed the unity of Bosnia and its territorial integrity while others claimed that the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia ("RS") is "a permanent category" and that they received confirmations for this from all political directors of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) member states.

"Someone concluded that this is a great victory and that we shall sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU which is all stated in communiqué. We shall have this agreement but not because we have done something concrete but because Europe is primarily driven by security situation in the region and therefore they will allow us to sign the SAA”, believes Komsic.

He pointed out that nothing more was expected from this meeting but that only old positions have been confirmed.

President Komsic commented the work and behavior of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia and called it inadmissible. He believes that Lajcak is not only tolerating statements but serious plans for dissoulution of Bosnia.

"Considering the power he has, he cannot behave in this way. Either it is his personal estimate or an order of his political bosses to act the way he does. I do not expect for High representative to behave in the manner: “Believe me, and not your own eyes”, underlined President Komsic.

BOSNIAN PRESIDENT KOMSIC CRITICIZED LAJCAK FOR HIS RELUCTANCE TO USE BONN POWERS

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 28,2008) – The Bosnian President Zeljko Komsic – criticized the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak for his reluctance to use the Bonn powers. In his blog,http://zeljkokomsic.blogger.ba, President Komsic wrote that not using the Bonn authorities to the benefit of the Bosnian citizens is as good as not having them at all.

President Komsic also wrote how Lajcak is a great disappointment to him, because of being passive and scared, either of the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) Milorad Dodik, or his bosses.

Lajcak has definitely decided not to interfere with his own work, and he is mostly dealing with some virtual reforms,
President Komsic concluded, and announced that his Brussels speech before the PIC was titled “How to bring a smile back to the face of Miroslav Lajcak”.

SDA CRITICIZES LAJCAK FOR SUPPORTING ENEMIES OF BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 26,2008) – The Party of Democratic Action (SDA),which is the strongest Bosnian political party, stated that the “forces of Bosnia” are now much stronger than before the 1992-1995 Serbian,Montenegrin and Croatian aggressions against Bosnia and would protect integrity of Bosnia's borders.

“Those who have problem with the Bosnian State or who don't see it as their country, can leave for wherever they want, but they cannot take any part of Bosnian territory,” the SDA statement read,demanding the Serbians living in Bosnia stop contemplating independence.

The SDA also criticised the International Community's High Representative Miroslav Lajcak who on Friday met the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) , Milorad Dodik, in an attempt to calm tensions that have arisen since Kosovo's declaration of independence.

“The behaviour of the international community is worrying, especially the behaviour of High Representative Miroslav Lajcak,” the SDA said, criticising Lajcak for tolerating radical rhetoric from the political representatives of the Serbians living in Bosnia “without undertaking of any measures.”

Lajcak rebuked the SDA's allegations, asserting “I don’t know whether they are aware how dangerous their message is. No party can decide who can live in this country and who cannot.”

He said that a key part of his mandate is to meet all of Bosnia's senior politicians, including Dodik as well as SDA leaders.

Lajcak emphasised that during the meeting with Dodik, he supported the existence of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) and that it has no legal right to secede.

LAJČÁK: JUDICIAL REFORM IN BOSNIA IS ONE OF MY TOP PRIORITIES

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 25,2008) - Judicial reform in Bosnia is among his top priorities, the International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia miroslav Lajcak said in an online answer to questions from citizens on the http://www.reci.ba website.

“We discuss this issue almost every day with representatives of the judiciary … and we will not give up on this,” he said.

Asked when Bosnia might join the European Union, Lajčák said:"The speed at which the process advances will depend on Bosnia.”

He recalled that Bosnia first needed to sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the European Union and appealed to the Bosnian citizens to demand that no time is wasted in this process.

Answering a question on the future of the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR), Lajčák described his mandate as “a guarantee that nobody can divert Bosnia from the right path” and expressed his preference for a “natural and harmonious” transition from the mandate of the High Representative to an exclusively European mandate. For this to happen, an atmosphere needs to be created in which interventions by the High Representative are “less and less needed”.

LAJČÁK: NOBODY HAS RIGHT OF OBSTRUCTING BOSNIA'S EU INTEGRATION PROCESS

TREBINJE, Bosnia (February 25,2008) – The EU integration process is a priority of Bosnia and its leaders should do everything to fulfill conditions for signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA),the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak stated after a meeting with the SNSD Party President and the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) Milorad Dodik, in Crkvina, near the southern Bosnian town of Trebinje.

He stated that nobody has the right of obstructing Bosnia's EU integration process and the Mostar Declaration on the Bosnian police reform.

Lajcak stated that the Kosovo independence declaration has significantly influenced the political atmosphere in the region but that the EU future of Bosnia does not depend in any way on Kosovo.

This was one in the series of consultations the High Representative will have with political parties’ leaders in Bosnia.

MONTENEGRIN PARLIAMENT SPEAKER VISITS BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 19,2008) – The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia, Miroslav Lajčák met yesterday in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo with Ranko Krivokapic, the Speaker of the Montenegrin Parliament.

Reviewing the declaration of independence by Kosovo’s Parliament the High Representative/EU Special Representative and the Speaker of the Montenegrin Parliament agreed that this event couldn’t derail the regions hopes of EU accession.

The EU agenda must remain the regions focus agreed Lajčák and Krivokapic.

The High Representative and EU Special Representative said that none of Bosnia’s problems are in any way related to Kosovo and its status.

“Any attempt to artificially link Kosovo to Bosnia or its constituent parts must be firmly rejected.Bosniais in no way a hostage to Kosovo nor is the country open to question under international law,” Lajcak stated.

Lajcak and Krivokapic agreed that there is no more important question for the country in the short term than its Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the European Union.

LAJCAK WELCOMES ADOPTION OF SEVERAL KEY PIECES OF LEGISLATION

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 16,2008) - The International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajčák welcomed the adoption of several key pieces of legislation by the Bosnian Council of Ministers.

Draft Laws on the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies and Agencies, and the Independent and Supervisory Bodies of the Police Structure of Bosnia will now be debated by the Bosnian Parliament.

The adoption of these laws keeps Bosnia on track with the commitments made to the EU and Commissioner for Enlargement Ollie Rehn in December last year.

“Some Bosnian Ministers voted against these proposals– that is their right,” said Lajčák. "But it is important that Bosnia is fulfilling its commitments on the reforms required for signing the Stabilization and Association Agreement with the european Union.I hope an understanding can be found in the Bosnian Parliament,” he added.

The Bosnian Council of Ministers also adopted the Draft Law on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, another key EU requirement, and the Draft Transfer Agreement on Moveable Defence Property, a key step for implementing the Bosnian defence reform in line with NATO requirements for dealing with surplus weapons and ammunition.

FATA ORLOVIC AND MIROSLAV LAJCAK DNEVNI AVAZ'S PERSONS OF THE YEAR 2007

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (January 26, 2008) – According to the votes of Bosnian daily “Dnevni Avaz” readers, the Person of the Year for 2007 in Bosnia is Fata Orlovic, a returnee to Konjevic Polje. Foreign Person of the Year for 2007 is the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak.

They were awarded plaques at a ceremony in Sarajevo at the Dnevni Avaz Business Centre.Dnevni Avaz’s Editor-in-Chief Sead Luckin presented the awards.

Fata Orlovic became famous in Bosnia when she insisted that the illegaly built Orthodox Christian Church be removed from her property. In the process, she also refused to take enormous sums of money in exchange for her land.

Miroslav Lajcak has been awarded for exceptional contribution in the process of association of Bosnia to the EU.

”This award is an exceptional honour but also an enormous responsibility. It sent me an important message from the Bosnian citizens: they believe in a EU future of the country”, Lajcak said.

Many prominent figures from the Bosnian political and social life attended the event. The award was presented for the first time in 1995.The Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic and the American President Bill Clinton were the first to receive it.

LAJCAK CALLS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATION REFORMS IN BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (January 25,2008) – The International Community's High Representative and EU Special Representative in Bosnia, Miroslav Lajčák, attended the signing of Memorandum of Understanding for Establishment of the Conference of Education Ministers in Bosnia between entity prime ministers and Bosnia's Prime Minister, held yesterday in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.

Following the adoption of several long outstanding education laws in the second half of 2007 and the recent agreement on establishment of the Bosnian education agencies, the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding creates a good platform for better coordination and cooperation in this sphere in 2008.

"When the agencies are up and running, and when the Law on Vocational Education and Training is finally enacted, Bosnia will have a legislative and institutional framework in place for implementing education reforms in line with its EU Partnership requirements,“ said Lajčák following the signing of the Memorandum.
