UNITED STATES WANTS ME DEAD,SAYS SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL RADOVAN KARADZIC

THE HAGUE, The Netherlands (August 1,2008) - Former leader and creator of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" and one of the masterminds of the genocide against Bosnians,committed during the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia,Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said yesterday the United States wanted him dead and accused it of reneging on a deal to shield him from trial by the UN war crimes court.

In a submission to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said the United States' Bosnian peace negotiator Richard Holbrooke had promised he would avoid a trial if he withdrew from public life.

"Mr Holbrooke undertook on behalf of the USA that I would not be tried before this tribunal..." Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said in the written submission made public by the ICTY.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke strongly denied any such deal was struck after Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic, who was captured on July 21, first made the claims when he made his initial appearance before the UN tribunal yesterday.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said in the documents that the offer was made in 1996 to "the statesmen and ministers who were my authorised representatives".

This was in turn for Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic withdrawing "not only from public but also from party offices and completely disappear from the public arena, not give interviews and not even publish literary works, in a word become invisible long enough for the Dayton agreement to be implemented in full."

He claimed former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright had proposed to Biljana Plavsic, former leader of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS", "that I get out of the way and go to Russia, Greece or Serbia and open a private clinic ... just as long as I left Pale."

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic said he tried to meet his end of the deal, but added it later became apparent there were attempts to "liquidate me".

"It is clear that, unable to fulfil the commitments he had undertaken on behalf of the USA, he (Holbrooke) switched to Plan B -- the liquidation of Radovan Karadzic," Serbian war criminal said.

"The agreement, which should have brought me peace and freedom, thus became a source of great danger to my life, and to the life and safety of my family and even my friends," Serbian war criminal said.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic added that "Holbrooke's wish for my disappearance ... is today still fresher and stronger and the actions aimed at bringing this about are tireless."

"While these activities continue, and with this threat to my life, I have to sit in a place which is known to him and his friends and prepare my defence," he said.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke denied in an interview with CNN yesterday that any deal with Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic existed.

He also said recently that he still supports the existence of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS",which is Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic's creation.

“The Dayton Accords are clear. There can be no breakaway of any of Bosnia’s parts, the country’s entities are a reality, and it’s necessary to pluck up the courage to bolster constitutional organization for Bosnia to be able to take further steps towards the EU, and quickly become a member of Euro-Atlantic integration,” Holbrooke told a member of the Bosnian State Presidency Zeljko Komcic in April,2008.

American fascist Richard Holbrooke's argument that "the RS is a reality" is bunk. For a few years, Nazi Germany's occupation of most of Europe was a reality, also, but it was neither legal nor moral -just like the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS". In connection to Nazi Germany, it has been famously said that forcing the victims of genocide to live with and accept the results of genocide is also an act of genocide. For Holbrooke to say that the genocidal fascist Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" is a reality that Bosnians "should accept", is simply morally indefensible.

At yesterday's hearing, Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic told ICTY judge Alphons Orie that the deal had put his life at risk.

"I was in danger of being liquidated because I had made a commitment,"
Serbian war criminal stated. He expressed fears that "Holbrooke's long arm" may extend even into the courtroom.

Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic indicated he will defend himself at the trial and experts have said he will try to make it a political showcase.

"I cannot imagine that his defence would be anything but a political one," said Pierre Hazan, author of an acclaimed book on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) that is handling
Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic.

"He cannot defend himself on a judicial level."

Florence Hartmann, former spokeswoman and adviser to previous war crimes prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, said Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic has made it clear he would have "things to say" about promises made by the West in peace negotiations.

"The family has always said they have evidence of proof (of the secret agreement)," she said.

"Many have claimed that Holbrooke promised not to deliver Karadzic to the ICTY in exchange for his exit from the public scene," Hartmann added.

BOSNIAN STATE COURT SHOULD TRY SERBIAN WAR CRIMINAL BILJANA PLAVSIC FOR GENOCIDE

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (July 21,2008) - Prisons in Sweden are famous for their "enlightened" attitude towards inmates – hardly surprising given that the country’s human rights standards are the best in the world.

But the convicted Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic, a former political leader of the Serbian living in Bosnia and the first woman sentenced for war crimes at International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), might disagree.

Ever since she was transferred from The Hague to the Hinseberg Prison for Women, Sweden's only national prison for females, her letters have been full of complaints, some quite bizarre – air-conditioning too strong, a birthday cake presented to her by wardens not big enough.

In January 2007, Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic asked the Swedish government for an amnesty. Although that request was declined, she did not give up. Just two weeks ago,she had tried again. The tribunal and the Swedish government are yet to respond.

The Plavsic case should serve as a lesson for future plea agreements at the war crimes chamber of the Bosnian State Court. Like the tribunal, this has no mechanisms for punishing those war criminals who admit their guilt and then, after receiving minor sentences, protest their innocence.

Following her plea agreement with Hague prosecutors in 2002, Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic accepted partial responsibility for war crimes committed by the genocidal Serbian fascist aggressor during the 1992-95 Serbian aggression against Bosnia, including one count of persecutions on political, racial and religious grounds.

She made a formal apology and was subsequently sentenced to only 11 years in prison in 2003. Crucially, prosecutors dropped genocide charges against her.

While Plavsic pleaded guilty and showed repentance at her trial, her subsequent protestations of innocence and requests for amnesty tell a very different story.

In her recently published memoirs, “Hunt: Me and War Criminals”, former Hague chief prosecutor Carla Del Ponte said Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic claimed to be innocent to tribunal prosecutors after she was sentenced.

Shortly after her conviction, Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic said her repentance for her war crimes was false – a show to deceive the Hague prosecutors and judges, as well as the Bosnian public.

Indeed, in her book, Del Ponte admits that she should never have relied on Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic’s honesty.

Unfortunately, there is nothing the tribunal can do about that.

A close examination of the chain of events that led to the deal between Hague prosecutors and Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic could be instructive for the Bosnian State Court and help it avoid making the same mistakes.

As part of Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic’s plea deal, she laid the blame for the genocide committed during the 1992-95 Serbian aggression against Bosnia on the late former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic, and on former leaders of the Serbians living in Bosnia,Serbian war criminals Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic.

Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic, on the other hand, only “supported and endorsed” the genocidal objective.

In a statement, Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic admitted to the Court that she was repeatedly told about crimes against Bosnian civilians, yet she refused to accept they happened.

“Our leadership, of which I was a necessary part, led an effort which victimised countless innocent people,” she admitted.

Even though the media reported her plea favourably, emphasising the positive role her admission of guilt could play in the reconciliation process, there were some who doubted her honesty. Her apology was certainly too little, too late for the Bosnian genocide victims’ associations.

The sceptics were proven right. Her later claims of innocence and requests for amnesty show the convicted Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic has not come to terms with what she did, nor accepted her punishment.

So where did the Hague prosecutors go wrong?

Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic plea agreement was a clumsy combination of retributive and restorative justice. The retributive part, or the punishment, was reduced by the restorative part – her apology and the potential for reconciliation this could bring.

Theoreticians believe there are three steps necessary for restorative justice to be valid.

The first is for the criminal to understand the consequences of their actions and feel truly guilty; secondly, show a desire to repair the damage done; and, thirdly, accept punishment willingly.

In Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic’s case, the first condition appeared to be met when she made her apology in the ICTY courtroom. However, this principle was violated when prosecutors agreed to drop the genocide charges against her.

The natural second step would be for her to call for multiculturalism across Bosnia. The genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" emerged partly as a result of Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic’s participation in the 1992-1995 Serbian aggression against Bosnia.

Therefore, if the convicted Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic wanted to redeem herself, it would be reasonable to expect that while she was in prison she should send messages calling for peace and multiculturalism and warning about the dangers of Serbian fascism – which she has not done.

Finally, she should serve her shamefully low 11-year sentence with dignity and without complaints. This is not happening.

If Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic did not accept responsibility and did not truly repent, why then did she bother to apologise at all? Some analysts see part of the answer in the wording of her apology.

“I came for two reasons: to confront these charges and to spare my people, for it was clear that they would pay the price of any refusal to come,” she said at the time.

Some believe this implied that she wanted to avoid the sanctions the international community was threatening to impose on the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS" if it refused to cooperate with the tribunal.

A greater insight into Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic’s psyche can be found in “I Testify”, or "Svedocim", the lengthy volume Plavsic wrote in prison and published in 2005.

The book is full of extreme fascist messages in line with her wartime rhetoric, and its content flies in face of her agreement with Hague prosecutors.

In one of Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic's most infamous statements, published in 1993 by the Belgrade weekly magazine Svet, she said Bosnians were “genetically spoiled material” which justified their destruction.

In I Testify, she speaks about sacrificing herself for the Serbian people, suggesting that she only pleaded guilty to save the Serbian people from the burden of collective guilt.

It is curious that nobody from the ICTY has ever commented on her book – despite the fact that its contents contradict the statement she made following her plea agreement, in which she gave up her right to claim innocence.

Del Ponte’s memoirs reveal more of what happened during negotiations for Plavsic’s plea agreement.

At the time, she said, her office was surprised to hear from the accused’s lawyers that she was willing to plead guilty – but not to the count of genocide. Now it seems clear that Del Ponte accepted this deal too readily.

In her book, Del Ponte writes that although Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic promised to testify against Serbian war criminal Momcilo Krajisnik who is also a former leader of the Serbians living in Bosnia, she changed her mind after she moved from the Hague detention unit to the Swedish prison.

“Dressed in a stiff tweed skirt, like a proper British lady, [Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic] informed me that she was a doctor of biology and proceeded to describe the superiority of the Serbian people. Her nonsense was nauseating, and I brought the meeting to an end. I wanted to seek life imprisonment against her,” said Del Ponte.

Now it seems the former prosecutor should have trusted her first impressions.

While Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic promised verbally to testify against other Serbian war criminals, she refused to put it in writing.

“I had felt that my personal contact with Plavsic, despite her racial-superiority claptrap, had been so cordial that I could trust her,” said Del Ponte, admitting this was an error.

In her book, Del Ponte describes trying to rectify the situation.

“We must advise the Trial Chamber of what Mrs Plavsic is now saying,” Del Ponte told her team, at some point following Plavsic’s volte face. “Let's present a motion to the court to put Biljana Plavsic on trial.”

In the former prosecutor’s memoirs, she recalls sending a motion to the tribunal president – although does not say when this took place. However, he apparently returned it, saying he lacked jurisdiction.

She then sent the same motion to the trial chamber that accepted the plea.

“I still await their response,” she wrote.

As the court’s deadline of 2010 draws closers, Del Ponte continues to wait for an answer.

However, there might be a job here for the Bosnian State Court. While it is not possible to charge someone for the same crimes twice, the fact that the genocide charges against Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic were dropped could open the door for a new indictment against her.

If the judges in The Hague were to find that she violated her plea agreement, there is a real possibility for re-opening her genocide case at the Bosnian State Court.

It seems increasingly unlikely that Serbian war criminals Radovan Karadzic or Ratko Mladic (who are charged with genocide by the ICTY) are ever going to see the inside of an ICTY courtroom.

Since Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic was the highest-ranking politician of the Serbians living in Bosnia to stand trial at The Hague, it would be a right thing for the justice process to try her for all crimes she was suspected of having committed,including the crime of genocide.

It would replace the ICTY’s ill-advised restorative principle with the proper retributive justice Serbian war criminal Biljana Plavsic deserves.

SIPA INVESTIGATES THE MURKY BUSINESS DEALINGS OF SERBIAN FASCIST MILORAD DODIK

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (17 July,2008) - The “murky” business deals by Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik,the leader of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS", are being probed by the Bosnian State Information and Protection Agency (SIPA), Bosnian daily Oslobodjenje reports.In its report published today, Oslobodjenje quoted the Bosnian State Information and Protection Agency sources and documents.According to the newspaper, numerous “murky” activities of Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik and his "governments" – since 1998 – have drawn attention from SIPA.

The list of these activities includes the potential misuse of the donation of some 25million Euros, which was provided by the EU between 1998 and 2000 for the reconstruction of refugees’ homes.

According to the Oslobodjenje report, while some of these funds could have been diverted for the construction of infrastructure in Banja Luka and Dodik’s hometown of Laktasi – including the construction of a sports hall for the Igokea basketball team, whose director is Dodik.

According to the newspaper, SIPA is also interested in some of the recent privatisation deals arranged by Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik.

Oslobodjenje said that SIPA is looking into possible violations of public procurement and privatisation regulations, as well as in some parts of the arrangements which could have been illegal.

The local branch of the international anti-corruption watchdog organisation Transparency International has recently strongly criticised Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik’s business deals for possible misuse of funds or corruption. Yet soon afterwards, the organisation had to close its Banja Luka office for security concerns after it was targeted by what it said was “a smear campaign” by Dodik and media close to him.

In the past, various international officials have confirmed that the Bosnian state institutions have wanted to investigate Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik for potential corruption and misuse of office between 1998-2000, but any such attempts were blocked by the U.S. administration, which saw him as a key player against the then ruling against Serbian fascist party (SDS) in the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia "RS".

After retaking power in 2005, Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik and his SNSD Party have become much more radical in their public statements than the SDS.

TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL SUSPENDS OPERATIONS IN BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (July 11,2008) - In the face of what it calls “unwarranted and damaging” attacks, anti-corruption watchdog Transparency International announced on July 10 2008 that it was suspending operations in Bosnia and evacuating its staff.

The development follows allegations by the leader of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosia "RS",Serbian fascist Milorad Dodik, that "Transparency International staff were involved in racketeering and organised crime".

Transparency International said that it was deeply concerned about the safety of its staff, and after consultations with the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia (EUPM), had decided to put operations on hold and withdraw its staff.

“It is one of the few times in Transparency International’s history that a national chapter has been intimidated to the point of having to suspend operations. We are deeply concerned and saddened, and stand in solidarity with our colleagues in Bosnia,” Transparency International managing director Cobus de Swardt said in a statement issued in Berlin,Germany.

Transparency International said that EUPM had pledged to monitor developments, “in the absence of any meaningful local police protection”.

“The ongoing public accusations against the only independent anti-corruption watchdog in the country and the leading NGO combating corruption provides an accurate landscape of Bosnia today: a very dangerous place for voices of criticism calling for accountability and transparency in the work of the ruling powers,” Transparency International said.

“Despite progress made, it is still practically impossible for anti-corruption watchdogs to operate in the country.”

At a meeting on July 9, the International Community's Principal Deputy High Representative in Bosnia Raffi Gregorian gave evidence to the Bosnian State Chief Prosecutor suggesting that the leaders of the genocidal Serbian fascist creature in Bosnia "RS had in late 2007 begun planning a campaign of allegations to attempt to discredit Transparency International.

“It took some months until the action was put in motion and today, the staff of Transparency International lives in an extremely uncertain environment,” Transparency International said.

Speaking after the July 9 meeting, Gregorian said: “It is high time to stop the propaganda campaign against Transparency International and allow independent judicial institutions to investigate any allegations in accordance with principles of due process and impartiality”.

A Transparency International statement on July 9 quoted the Bosnian State Chief Prosecutor as saying that the Bosnian State Prosecutor’s Office had not received any report of crimes or any witness statements alleging racketeering by representatives of Transparency International.

Meanwhile, on July 10, New York-based watchdog Human Rights Watch issued a report saying that Bosnia’s cantonal and district courts faced “serious challenges in their efforts to fairly and efficiently try cases of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide”.

“A sustained commitment by local authorities, as well as substantial international support, is needed to address the large backlog of cases,” Human Rights Watch said. “Local and national authorities in Bosnia should demonstrate the political will to ensure fair and effective trials can be held.”

BOSNIAN PUBLIC CONCERNED ABOUT LAJCAK'S TRAGICOMIC STATEMENTS

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 4,2008) - "Whole public in Bosnia is a witness of a tragicomic statement of the International Community's High Representative Miroslav Lajcak that (the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia 'RS'), Milorad Dodik 'gave guarantees to the International Community of the peace and stability in Bosnia'(?). Such statement would cause laughter if it did not came from the man who has all the real power in this country which brings us to the position where we have to think and be worried over our future," stated the press release of the Bosnian Social Democratic Party (SDP).

"We do not have to remind the public that Lajcak’s guarantee of the “peace and stability” is the same Milorad Dodik who in the latest period is working only to destabilize the situation in Bosnia and is seriously threatening the peaceful existence of all citizens in this country. All war incensing paroles from RS are only gaining intensity such as tries to relate all the happenings in the region, especially Kosovo independence with situation in Bosnia," the SDP said .

"Instead of sanctioning this kind of behavior which works only against Bosnia, the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR) helplessly expresses its concern while serious threats for this country are being made, and they are authorized by international community to do something. That is why all Bosnian citizens should be worried by the silence and obvious inadmissible passiveness of the High Representative.

SDP once more invites Lajcak not to be only bystander of the occurrences in Bosnia and not to run from using Bonn powers every time when sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia as well as peace is threatened," stated the SDP.

PRESIDENT KOMSIC: LAJCAK IS NOT ONLY TOLERATING STATEMENTS BUT SERIOUS PLANS FOR DISSOLUTION OF BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 3,2008) - The Bosnian President Zeljko Komsic stated in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo that he did not attend the recent meeting with the EU Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn along with the leaders of the most influential political parties in Bosnia because he does not want to be a part of those kind of persuasions into things he does not believe in.

He explained that meeting with Rehn was first drafted as a seminar but that it was not even planned. Still, when its preparation began, he informed the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR) that he did not want to attend this meeting.

"Reason is, that they do not have to convince me that this police reform is something good because I believe this plan is bad for Bosnia. That is why I did not want to participate and give legitimacy to something I do not believe in”, stated President Komsic for the press.

He pointed out that various comments contributed to the idea that he rejected to see Olli Rehn.

"I did not refuse to meet him, but I did not plan to attend this meeting in the first place, and neither some individual meeting within some forum was planned”, President Komsic pointed out.

He stated that certain colleagues’ comments on all of this were interesting and that everybody has the right to believe what they want.

In that way, some politicians claimed that the meeting confirmed the unity of Bosnia and its territorial integrity while others claimed that the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia ("RS") is "a permanent category" and that they received confirmations for this from all political directors of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) member states.

"Someone concluded that this is a great victory and that we shall sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU which is all stated in communiqué. We shall have this agreement but not because we have done something concrete but because Europe is primarily driven by security situation in the region and therefore they will allow us to sign the SAA”, believes Komsic.

He pointed out that nothing more was expected from this meeting but that only old positions have been confirmed.

President Komsic commented the work and behavior of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia and called it inadmissible. He believes that Lajcak is not only tolerating statements but serious plans for dissoulution of Bosnia.

"Considering the power he has, he cannot behave in this way. Either it is his personal estimate or an order of his political bosses to act the way he does. I do not expect for High representative to behave in the manner: “Believe me, and not your own eyes”, underlined President Komsic.

SDA EXPECTS LAJCAK TO REVOKE RESOLUTION ON KOSOVO

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 1,2008) – The President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA Sulejman Tihic said he finds it the International community High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak’s obligation to nullify the Kosovo resolution recently adopted by the genocidal Serbian creature in bosnia {"RS").

This is a normal conclusion after the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council denounced the document, Tihic stated, claiming its adoption was illegal and an anti-Dayton Agreement and anti-constitutional act.

BOSNIAN PRESIDENCY MEMBER HARIS SILAJDZIC: OHR'S MANDATE SHOULD BE EXPANDED

BRUSSELS, Belgium (February 28,2008) – The Peace Implementation Council (PIC) Managing Board and members of the Bosnian Presidency stated yesterday that the Dayton Peace Agreement needs to be implemented and that the EU and NATO associations are the only alternative Bosnia has.

Differences regarding dynamics, methodology, necessary conditions and the role of the International Community in the process have remained mainly the same.

The International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak stated that there is an enormous misbalance between the citizens’ expectations and practical actions of their elected political representatives, in relation to reform processes like reconstruction of police forces and administrative reform. “Leaders are absolutely responsible”, Lajcak concluded.

The President of the Bosnian Presidency Zeljko Komsic advocated that the conditions for a serious step forward to the EU should be made as son as possible. In that sense, he mentioned signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) between Bosnia and the European Union. He also expressed reserves that the most important priorities in the process are “listed” the best way.

For him, the most important issue and the main priority of all the factors in the country, including the Office of the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia (OHR), should be the country’s security and personal security of all Bosnian citizens.

The Bosnian President Zeljko Komsic is of the opinion that the OHR’s mandate is not disputable, and neither is reorganization of the present Office in the process of Bosnia’s association to the EU, for, Komsic stated,the OHR has not been acting as efficiently as necessary lately.

Haris Silajdzic, a member of the Bosnian Presidency, is of the opinion that the OHR’s mandate should be expanded and that the Office should use all the Bonn Powers singed December 1997.

A member of the Bosnian Presidency Nebojsa Radmanovic is of the opinion that the transformation of the OHR to the EU Office is a natural process and that the International Community’s authorities in Bosnia will be “in accordance to the conditions the country is in”.

At the end of the meeting yesterday,the Peace Implementation Council Main Board condemned a resolution against Kosovo independence proclamation adopted recently by the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia ("RS").

SDA CRITICIZES LAJCAK FOR SUPPORTING ENEMIES OF BOSNIA

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 26,2008) – The Party of Democratic Action (SDA),which is the strongest Bosnian political party, stated that the “forces of Bosnia” are now much stronger than before the 1992-1995 Serbian,Montenegrin and Croatian aggressions against Bosnia and would protect integrity of Bosnia's borders.

“Those who have problem with the Bosnian State or who don't see it as their country, can leave for wherever they want, but they cannot take any part of Bosnian territory,” the SDA statement read,demanding the Serbians living in Bosnia stop contemplating independence.

The SDA also criticised the International Community's High Representative Miroslav Lajcak who on Friday met the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) , Milorad Dodik, in an attempt to calm tensions that have arisen since Kosovo's declaration of independence.

“The behaviour of the international community is worrying, especially the behaviour of High Representative Miroslav Lajcak,” the SDA said, criticising Lajcak for tolerating radical rhetoric from the political representatives of the Serbians living in Bosnia “without undertaking of any measures.”

Lajcak rebuked the SDA's allegations, asserting “I don’t know whether they are aware how dangerous their message is. No party can decide who can live in this country and who cannot.”

He said that a key part of his mandate is to meet all of Bosnia's senior politicians, including Dodik as well as SDA leaders.

Lajcak emphasised that during the meeting with Dodik, he supported the existence of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) and that it has no legal right to secede.

LAJČÁK: NOBODY HAS RIGHT OF OBSTRUCTING BOSNIA'S EU INTEGRATION PROCESS

TREBINJE, Bosnia (February 25,2008) – The EU integration process is a priority of Bosnia and its leaders should do everything to fulfill conditions for signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA),the International Community's High Representative in Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak stated after a meeting with the SNSD Party President and the prime minister of the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) Milorad Dodik, in Crkvina, near the southern Bosnian town of Trebinje.

He stated that nobody has the right of obstructing Bosnia's EU integration process and the Mostar Declaration on the Bosnian police reform.

Lajcak stated that the Kosovo independence declaration has significantly influenced the political atmosphere in the region but that the EU future of Bosnia does not depend in any way on Kosovo.

This was one in the series of consultations the High Representative will have with political parties’ leaders in Bosnia.

SDP EXPECTS INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO SHARPLY SANCTION LEADERS OF GENOCIDAL SERBIAN CREATURE IN BOSNIA (RS)

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (February 25,2008) – The Social Democratic Party (SDP) Main Board sharply condemned on Saturday the resolution adopted by the genocidal Serbian creature in Bosnia (RS) "parliament", calling for secession of the entity and bringing down the Bosnian constitutional order and the Dayton Agreement.

”We expect the International Community representatives to sharply sanction all the factors which pose a threat to peace and stability in Bosnia.SDP will not allow anyone to, in any way, question the existence of Bosnia and its borders. We once again urge politicians in Bosnia to focus on solving the real problems of citizens, not to spread nationalistic tensions and create new problems”, SDP announced after a session of the party’s Main Board.

The SDP Main Board unanimously accepted the Report on Work of the Party’s President Zlatko Lagumdzija.The Board also adopted Information on work of the Party’s Vice President Zeljko Komsic.
