BOSNIAN FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTER SVEN ALKALAJ DISCUSSED WITH OSCE CHAIRMAN CONSTANZO PERIOTTA IMPLEMENTATION OF ANNEX 1-B OF DAYTON AGREEMENT

SARAJEVO, Bosnia (March 11,2008) - The Bosnian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sven Alkalaj met with representative of the OSCE Chair,Constanzo Periotta for implementation of Article 4 of Annex 1-B of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Alkalaj informed Periotta about the progress Bosnia made within NATO’s Partnership for Peace Program (PFP) in expectations for NATO officials to reach a decision to improve relations with Bosnia at the forthcoming summit in Bucharest in the level of “intensive dialogue”.

Periotta expressed his satisfaction with the reform processes in Bosnia and cooperation with the permanent mission of Bosnia with OSCE in Vienna.
